This committee accumulates the numerous memories that happen throughout the year at Del Mar Hills and works with students to create a yearbook.

This club creates a network of involved fathers through participation in events such as lunches with dad, movie nights, Date/Daughter Dance, Bowling with the Boys, Career Day and reading in the classrooms. Please consider volunteering to chair one of our events listed below:

The Del Mar Schools Education Foundation (DMSEF) Representative serves the critical role of being one of Del Mar Hills Academy’s two representatives to the Del Mar Schools Education Foundation. The DMSEF is responsible for fundraising of approximately $2M district wide to fund the Specialist teachers for Science, Music, Art, Tech and PE education beyond what is provided by classroom teachers. As a representative, you will need to attend the monthly evening DMSEF board meeting and coordinate on-campus efforts with the DMSEF Executive Board liaison.
WE ARE STILL SEEKING GRADE LEVEL AMBASSADORS! As an ambassador, you will help spread the word and educate the community on how very vital donating to this cause is!
Heights/Hills Friendship games – June 9, 2017NEED CHAIR (1st grade parent)
Del Mar Hills and Del Mar Heights 1st grade students are paired up with pen pals at each school. The students correspond monthly through the end of the year and it culminates with the Friendship Games. Organizing this fun event, which will be held at Del Mar Hills this year, includes coordinating with the classroom teachers and Del Mar Heights PTA, and arranging the volunteers and Friendship Games.

Sixth grade students at Del Mar Hills and Del Mar Heights connect and participate in get-to-know-you activities in preparation for their big move to middle school.

Be the host or hostess of Del Mar Hills! This position offers you the opportunity to be the friendly reception to families and visitors of Del Mar Hills. The theme for the 2016-17 school year is “What is your Story?”. Thousands of students will reflect on the theme and create original works of art in the categories of dance choreography, film production, music composition, literature, photography and visual arts.
